What is Mini-Pitch Futsal?
Mini-pitch futsal is a 5 v 5 small-sided game played on a cushion surfaced, slightly larger than a tennis court with a smaller, low bounce ball. Futsal is played with touchline boundaries and without walls but retaining barriers to keep the action fast paced.
Futsal places a large emphasis on technical skill in high pressure situations which can be translated into the grass and turf game. The sport is a fantastic skill developer as it demands quick reflexes, fast thinking and pinpoint passing.
