What is Mini-Pitch Futsal?

Mini-pitch futsal is a 5 v 5 small-sided game played on a cushion surfaced, slightly larger than a tennis court with a smaller, low bounce ball. Futsal is played with touchline boundaries and without walls but retaining barriers to keep the action fast paced. Futsal balls are smaller, heavier, and low-bounce soccer balls specifically designed for fast-paced indoor play on hard surfaces, enhancing control and precision.

Futsal places a large emphasis on technical skill in high pressure situations which can be translated into the grass and turf game. The sport is a fantastic skill developer as it demands quick reflexes, fast thinking and pinpoint passing.

Are they available now?

This phase of the revitalization of Lake Dallas City Park that our Grassroots Park Stewardship (GPS) launched is under construction, it will be completed and installed in time for Christmas.

By investing in the physical and social fabric of our parks, GPS seeks to uplift communities and create inclusive, healthy, and sustainable public spaces for all.

Why are fee's so much lower than other futsal leagues?

As a non-profit organization, our mission is to create a world where everyone can experience the joy and camaraderie of the beautiful game. We are able to offer lower fees due to the generous support of our sponsors and donors, as well as the dedication of our volunteers and program participants. Any surplus generated from our programs is reinvested to support opportunities for all, with a particular focus on underserved communities.

We believe that financial barriers should not prevent anyone from participating in futsal, and our fee structure reflects this commitment.
